me and my dad are having an argument over what kind of puppy to get i say to get a siberian husky because their part wolf and have hunting in their blood but my dad says that we should get a lab of some kind because they have a specific preference for retrieving birds (we go dove, duck, goose, and pheasant hunting)
Sure, they'll retrieve all sorts of game birds and play with them, eat them and otherwise make them inedible Their prey drive is not something that you're going to train out of them. (…)
