Food Questions on Siberian Huskys and Doberman Pinschers?

1. What do Siberian Husky and Doberman Pinchers eat that eat fish?
2. Do wild Siberian Huskys and Doberman Pinschers eat reptiles? And are they part of hunting dogs sometimes?
1. I do mean that dogs eat the fish literally, I meant what animals do dogs eat (most wild ones) with that animal/prey eat fish. (Food Chain Web for School)
Do Dogs eat birds? Or Vultures? Or people? (I was kidding about the last one).

1. They are typically not loose in the wild, and therefore they don’t usually eat anything that eats fish…although fish can be found in some dog foods…

2. You’re not going to find many "wild" purebred dogs…but a wild dog will eat just about anything it can catch…my husky/GSD mix eat bugs, and tried to eat a frog (but it peed in her mouth)…I also found part of a snake in the back yard but I’m not sure if she killed it (and ate any) or if I mowed over it and didn’t notice…

I’ve never known anyone to use a husky or doberman for hunting…that’s not what they were bred for…

Domestic Breeds don’t run wild and if they do that’s a bad person for leaving their dog to run wild. Yes they can eat fish. I’m sure they would eat reptiles as well. No they aren’t hunting breeds.

    Few dogs eat fish voluntarily.

There are no wild Siberian Huskies or Doberman Pinschers. The husky may have some hunting instinct; the Dobe has none; it would interfere with his purpose.

The Dobermann is a domesticated purebred created to work with man as a personal protection dog. Unless it was a stray/semi feral dog it would not be living wild.

Dogs are by nature predatory carnivores & my Dobermann b*tch has an intensely focused prey drive, & will track, chase, bring down, then swiftly kill prey animals & birds. Fish don’t flick my b*tch’s prey drive switch on.

The prey my Dobermann has killed & consumed includes rabbits, small birds & pigeons.
