Why is it when my 4 yr old siberian husky brushes up against my black pants there is always a white dust on my
pants? Why causes this to happen? What can I do to prevent it from happening?
Your dog has dry skin, which is especially common when they're shedding. Adding a Fish Oil capsule to his food every day will help…I don't agree with bathing, even in oatmeal shampoo or a moisturizer, because this only seems to dry out the skin further. Siberians don't need regular bathing — just regular brushing and a good quality kibble.
Take a look at the dog food you're feeding — that may be the problem, right there.

You might try feeding your dog one raw egg per day and add a little olive oil to its food. This will help with the dry skin and your dog will probably like these food additions.
